The stock CRF450R is already a great bike, actually my favorite for 2026, but there’s always room for improvement. Enter the CRF450R Works Edition, which comes loaded with a slew of added parts and upgrades designed to make it more race-ready and higher performing than its standard sibling. The question I set out to answer is simple: Is it worth the extra money to buy this bike with all the upgrades already installed? Or should you save the cash, buy a stock CRF450R, and build it up yourself? And lastly, does the added price truly reflect a good value for what you’re getting?
