Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium marks round nine of Monster Energy AMA Supercross' tour of the United States. A return to 'traditional' supercross will be welcomed by some, although a mix of the softer dirt and Triple Crown format will undoubtedly cause havoc across both classes. Looking ahead, Vital MX's Lewis Phillips spoke to a couple of leading stars on Indianapolis' press day. Red Bull KTM Factory Racing teammates, Eli Tomac and Aaron Plessinger, discuss their different positions as the season nears the halfway mark. Tomac provides perspective on his strengths and weaknesses, whilst Plessinger hits on one specific weakness. Elsewhere, Hunter Lawrence talks bike set-up and championship contention. Cooper Webb discusses similar, as he faces a big weekend where he sits on the cusp of falling out of title contention. A handful of other stars appear for some pre-race chatter too.
